I built Virtually Victoria after watching too many incredible women burn themselves out trying to do everything alone.
Women who started their businesses because they genuinely care about helping people.
Women who are brilliant at what they do.
Women who want to make a real difference through their work.
You start out doing the thing you love.
Creating.
Teaching.
Serving your clients.
Leading your business with heart.
And somewhere along the way you end up buried in the backend.
Too many platforms.
Too many subscriptions.
Systems that don’t talk to each other.
Emails and tasks living in five different places.
It starts to feel like you need more tools to fix the chaos…
when really you just need the right structure around what you already have.
That’s the moment I see over and over again.
And here’s the part that makes me different.
I genuinely love the backend.
The organizing.
The connecting pieces.
The moment when everything finally flows the way it should.
That’s where I thrive.
The Real Life Side of Me
Outside of work, life is very real and very full.
I’m a mom to a teenage daughter.
And a proud mom to a son now serving in the Air Force.
There are still school runs, practices, and rides to meet friends.
At the same time I’m building friendships, community, and a marriage that has grown over twenty years.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I’m building my business too.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside.
Walking in the woods.
Foraging.
In the garden.
Taking slow forest walks that double as nervous system resets.
I’m an herbalist at heart, so living with the seasons and cycles is a big part of my life.
Those rhythms shape how I build businesses too.
Growth.
Rest.
Expansion.
Grounding.
Business should support your life, not consume it.
Why I Love This Work
The best part of what I do isn’t the tech.
It’s the moment when a client says something like:
“I couldn’t have grown like this without you.”
“You made this so much easier.”
“You’ve helped me actually enjoy running my business again.”
Helping other women grow their businesses while protecting their energy and time is what matters most to me.
I become the person quietly keeping things steady behind the scenes.
So they can shine in the front.
A Little More About Me
I’m grounded, but also deeply spiritual.
I believe in intuition.
Energy.
Cycles.
And building businesses that respect the human nervous system.
I’m also very real about who I am.
I laugh easily.
I cuss a lot.
And I tend to say things exactly how I see them.
Some people love that.
Some people don’t.
And that’s okay.
The clients who resonate with my energy usually end up being the best partnerships.
Structure Protects Creativity.
Structure is not the opposite of creativity.
It protects it.
When your backend is steady, your energy is free to create, lead, and grow.
And you don’t have to carry everything alone.
